Who We Are

Sweet Minnie's is proudly operated by Daniel Clark, a life-long Iowa resident dedicated to making community weekends just a little bit brighter. From making music, visiting every cultural event possible, and now this business, he always wants to be involved with the community.

Sweet Minnie's has grown due to Daniel's life experience. While you will usually find Daniel behind the espresso machine testing new specialty flavors, the gorgeous floral decorations that bring our tent to life are just as much a part of what we present; it isn't just about the flavor, but the energy and light-hearted atmosphere we can help build. We are a scrappy team committed to bringing warm, empathetic service to every local event.

Our Product

Our Bean: Iowa deserves a good espresso. Our goal was to find the best tasting bean. After a blind taste test with several participants, we settled on a product we are proud to serve. Whether you're a big fan of espresso or not, this bean is a perfect compliment to any drink, or even on its own as a straight cappuccino / latte.

Our Ice Cream: With "serving the community" being our driving force, we lean into a delicious dairy-free ice cream that everyone can enjoy. It's hard to not get a second cone.
